How It Works

Pre-Action Fire Protection
for Elevator Technical Rooms

Two-stage activation — water only flows when smoke detection AND heat both confirm a real fire. Scroll down to see each step in action.

01 — Detection

Smoke & Heat Sensed

Detectors in the elevator technical room continuously sample the air. The moment smoke or heat is sensed, a signal is sent to the control panel — long before flames develop.

02 — Pre-Charge

Pre-Action Valve Opens

The control panel releases the pre-action valve, charging the dry-pipe network with water. Nothing is discharged yet — your sensitive equipment stays completely dry.

03 — Confirmation

Sprinkler Heads Open

Only if temperatures continue to climb do the thermal links inside the sprinklers fuse open — releasing water directly onto the fire source. Two-stage logic prevents accidental triggers.

04 — Suppression

Targeted Discharge

Only the affected sprinklers activate. The fire is extinguished at its source while the rest of your equipment, cabling and controls stay safe from water damage.

05 — Recovery

Reset & 24/7 Monitoring

Once the event is over, our team resets the system. The control panel resumes continuous monitoring — always ready for the next response.

02 — VESDA

VESDA Fire System

Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus continuously samples air from protected spaces through a pipe network, detecting smoke at parts-per-million level — long before a fire visibly develops. Perfect for server rooms, clean rooms and archive storage where milliseconds matter.

  • Detects smoke at PPM level
  • 4-stage alert: Caution → Fire
  • Aspirating pipe network
  • Ideal for data centres

03 — Deluge System

Deluge Valve Control Panel

When a fire is detected, our ROV control panels open the deluge valve simultaneously, flooding all sprinkler heads in the protected zone within seconds. Purpose-built for high-hazard locations like transformer bays, aircraft hangars and cable vaults where rapid suppression is critical.

  • Auto & manual activation
  • Solenoid & pneumatic valves
  • Pressure gauges & tamper switches
  • Zone-wise activation

04 — Diesel Engine

Diesel Engine Control Panel

Automatically starts the diesel engine-driven fire pump when hydrant pressure drops below the set value — especially critical during EB supply failure. Guarantees an independent water supply for fire fighting regardless of mains power status.

  • Auto-start on low pressure
  • Dual battery with charger
  • Weekly auto-test run
  • Independent of EB supply
